Pinky Cole had one of the most engaged audiences in Black entrepreneurship, built across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and SMS, but no infrastructure to convert it. Her personal brand, designed to funnel founders into her entrepreneurship community, had massive reach and zero system. No qualification layer. No post-event sequence. No routing logic. The goal was to turn a single co-hosted webinar into a high-performing conversion engine that didn't just collect registrants. It identified, sorted, and activated the right founders at the right moment.

What We Did

1. LinkedIn as the Primary Acquisition Channel: We identified LinkedIn as the highest-intent platform in Pinky's ecosystem and deployed a contractor-managed content cadence engineered to drive RSVPs, not just awareness. Vulnerability-driven, long-form storytelling from Pinky's personal brand built credibility and emotional resonance in the weeks before the event, generating 2,081+ engagements across two posts and converting passive followers into registered founders.

2. Keyword Automation for Frictionless Registration: We deployed ManyChat keyword flows across Pinky's Instagram so any comment or DM with a trigger word instantly routed the user into the registration funnel. This eliminated the friction of "link in bio" and captured leads at peak intent, inside the conversation, before momentum dropped.

3. SMS Campaign for Show-Up Rate Optimization: We executed a direct SMS broadcast campaign targeting warm contacts with event reminders, urgency nudges, and day-of confirmation messages. SMS outperformed email open rates and served as the critical driver of the 44% live show-up rate.

4. Qualification and Routing Forms to Sort the Pipeline: After registration, every founder moved through a qualification form identifying their stage (running, scaling, or preparing to sell), their revenue range, and their offer readiness. This transformed a raw list of 1,003 registrants into a tiered pipeline, with hot leads surfaced immediately for follow-up.

5. Six-Email Post-Webinar Sequence with 24-Hour Close: We wrote and deployed a six-email sequence in "The Pinky Effect Team" brand voice, anchored to a $36K value offer and closed with a 24-hour urgency window. Each email served a distinct psychological role: celebrate, educate, address objection, anchor price, close. The sequence averaged a 44.6% open rate across 943 subscribers.

What exactly is a revenue system?

A revenue system is the complete infrastructure behind how your business attracts, converts, and retains buyers. It covers everything from your lead generation and funnel to your automations, tech stack, content engine, and the people who run it, all built to work together instead of operating as disconnected pieces.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Most agencies run campaigns. We build systems. The difference is that when we're done, you own a fully operational revenue engine that your team can run, not a dependency on an outside vendor to keep the lights on.

Do I need to already have an offer before we start?

You need to have a general idea of what you sell and who you sell it to, but offer architecture is part of what we build together. If your offers need to be restructured, repositioned, or expanded, that happens in the process.

How long does it take to build a full revenue system?

Every engagement is scoped based on where you're starting from and what needs to be built. Some Builders come in with pieces already in place; others are starting from scratch. Timeline is determined during your assessment call.
